Refund & Return Policy

At TrendBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care and health-related items (including opened or used items) are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
